How Does the Referral Work?

You make a referral

Share the property link from your Estative dashboard. When a client clicks on your link and submits the inquiry form, the referral is tracked to you.

They book the property

The client reserves the unit either online or by transferring the booking amount directly to the developer and signing the booking form.

They complete the transaction

The client finalizes the transaction by completing the down payment to the developer and signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

You receive your commission

Once the client completes the sale, the status will be updated to "Sold" on your dashboard. You’ll also see the total eligible commission amount reflected in your account.

How do I sign up as a Referral Advisor with Estative?
Go to the signup page and choose the option to register as an Affiliate. Complete your registration by filling in all the required details and uploading the necessary documents.
How do I refer a property?
Select the project you’d like to refer. Then, choose an available unit and click “Share Property” or copy the property URL. You can share it across your network via social media, email, or WhatsApp.
What happens when someone submits the form?
The client's details will appear on your dashboard. You or your assigned Account Manager must follow up with the client to ensure they complete the booking using the booking form you referred. This will secure the sale under your referral and help complete the purchase process.
What happens if the property is sold and no longer available when the client clicks the link?
The page will display that the property is "Sold." The client will be encouraged to contact you directly to inquire about other available units you can refer.
How does the client book the property?
The client will receive all the necessary project details, including payment options such as an online payment link or transfer details to the developer’s escrow account. They will also receive the booking form to sign, along with support from the sales team.
How does the client complete the sale?
Once the client makes the down payment and pays the registration fees to the developer, they will sign the official Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) provided by the developer.
How will I know the sale is completed?
You will see the status of the client-booked property unit updated to 'Sold' on your dashboard, along with the exact commission amount you are eligible to receive.
How do I claim my commission?
An invoice will be generated for you, and the commission will be transferred to the bank account you provided in your Estative profile.
How can I assign an Account Manager?
To help follow up with your clients who submitted the form and to complete the booking and signing of the booking form, you have two options:
  • - You can manage the client follow-up yourself.
  • - Or, you can assign an Account Manager who will assist in handling the client and closing the booking.

If you assign an Account Manager, they will work on a commission basis, taking 0.5% from the 3% commission, meaning you will receive 2.5%.

You will find a "Request to Assign Manager" button on your dashboard. Once you click it, an Estative Account Manager will contact you to assist.
